Dear Tischbein Families,
We were saddened to hear of your loss. He seemed like such a gentle person with a great attitude. We so enjoyed watching your husband, father, grandfather walking the streets of Hanover. He was an inspiration to us all! We know that he will be truly missed but we hope that happy memories will cheer you during this time.
With sympathy and prayers,
The Henrys (Hanover, NH)

I want to express my deepest sympathy to you during this time.
May you find some strength knowing that he is now at peace.
Marty Midura (W. Lebanon, NH)

Please accept my condolences for the recent passing of Mr. Tischbein. When I worked with his son, Mike, I heard many stories about him - all positive! He truly served his family and country well.
Wayne Tucker (Enfield, NH)

Oh Elfriede, we are deeply saddened to hear this news. We so enjoyed the bus trips we took with you and Robert. So pleased that we have our wonderful photos of you both from those fun times. Please accept our deepest sympathy. Our prayers are with you now.
Albert (Al) and Suzanne Evans (Lebanon, NH)

Please accept Joyce's and my sincerest condolences. Pete, Walt and Mike: I had the utmost respect for your father. He was a wonderful role model as a chemical engineer and, more importantly, a father. I remember your father working problems in a calculus book after he retired. He stressed the value of staying mentally active. I have thought of that often and try to live his example. And he was wonderful father as evidenced by his three sons. He did very well indeed. I am sorry for your loss, but I will always have very fond memories of him (he was the oldest person to call me a Saint).
Jim & Joyce St.John (Hummelstown, PA)

Dear Mike,Carolyn,Carl,Erika and Kirsten:
While it is always sad to lose a member of our family, how wonderful it is to know that your father/grandfather enjoyed a long life surrounded by those he loved so dearly! I'm sure these past days and weeks have been/will be difficult as certain memories will make his absence more apparent. Please be comforted by knowing we are thinking and praying for you during this time.
George and Adina (Etna, NH)

Warmest wishes to the entire family of "Tisch" ... my Uncle's best friend for many years. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. From my favorite card: "We cannot see to the other side, yet we can sense the beauty. Thinking of you, wishing you peace. "
Chris Willenborg Forry (Wilmington, DE)
