Although my husband and I only knew James by helping him remove some rubbish from his apt I found him to be so kind and generous. There are no words that will help in your grief but know that we are thinking of you and what a great man James was.
David and Carol Lyman-Bugbee's Rubbish Removal (Hartland, Vermont)
I have been teaching and doing research for nearly 40 years, but when I look back at all of my students, James stands out as one of the most genuine, smartest, and wonderful of them all. I was blessed to have him as a worker in my lab, and as my Ph.D. student. No words can bring him back or ease the pain, but we must smile when we see how this man soared far beyond where anyone thought he would go, and be happy we knew him during his flight.

My deepest condolences for the loss of James. He was an exceptional scientist, a very polite and gentle man, who was always there to help and support my efforts in the lab. He was a cheerful and happy person and really passionate for his work. It saddens me that I didn't have the opportunity to know him better. He will definitely be missed by his family, friends and colleagues.
